Hi there! We’re Empirica Consulting Ltd.

We have been around since 2011 and as our strapline says, we pride ourselves on using our experiences to continue to learn and change, and develop ourselves as we grow.

When we started out, our experiences defined us as pure retail consultants. As we have witnessed the relentless growth of fast fashion; the rise of sustainable retailing practices, and our own deep experiences building successful recycling and environmental businesses, then we have continued to develop our skills and services and are now able to make you both a successful and sustainable retailer.

We firmly believe we can bring our knowledge and  help your business  navigate these issues; recognise what is needed to change, understand what the barriers might be and then combine all of these to help you grow.
